I've been feeling like there's something in my right eye for the past couple of days, and even though I've tried washing it out, it hasn't gone away. I checked and noticed there's a pimple on the inside of my upper eyelid. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I might be able to do about it?

I've noticed that my left eye is looking really red, kind of like it's filled with a blood-like fluid, and it's been this way for about 23 days now. I've also been feeling this strain in that eye for the same amount of time. I do have high blood pressure and diabetes, so I'm wondering if those might be connected to what's going on.
