Hey, I wanted to ask if there's anything serious going on with my health because I've been on TB medication. Will everything be okay? I've also attached my CT report for you to check.

I'm experiencing some sleep issues, and I'm really concerned. I've noticed that I'm not getting enough sleep and keep having breathing difficulties and sometimes even stop breathing entirely while I'm asleep. I'm extremely sleepy throughout the day and often deal with headaches and vertigo. I've already seen a doctor and was recommended to use a CPAP machine, but honestly, the thought of using it scares me a bit. I'm wondering if there are any alternative treatments for sleep apnea that don't involve using a CPAP machine. Any advice would be really appreciated.

CPAP therapy is the most effective treatment for sleep apnea syndrome. If the patient is intolerant to cpap ,BIPAP,ASV,EPAP or a oral device is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with asthma since I was 3, and for a while, around when I was 18 or 19, I was doing really well. I was playing football and doing all sorts of activities that aren't typically recommended for asthmatics. But in the last couple of years, I quit playing football, and since then, I've gained weight and my breathing issues have worsened. Now I'm back to relying on my regular medications like Alegra M, the inhaler Salbair, and Formoflow. Lately, I find myself struggling to hold my breath for even half a minute, and I'm going through an inhaler every couple of days. Could you suggest any tips to help me manage my current situation better?

avoid allergens. avoid cold items. steam inhalation

I'm having trouble breathing and it's been happening for a while now. Lately though, it feels like I'm not getting enough air, and when I try to take a deep breath, sometimes I just can't. It's making me really uncomfortable. Could this possibly be a sign of asthma?

no its not a symptom of asthma. it might be due to anxiety, reduce your stress
