I'm 25 and having a bit of a scare here. I've been coughing up this black phlegm, dealing with nasal congestion, and feeling breathless, but it gets a bit better after I cough. I've been feeling like there's air getting trapped in my chest. It's similar to when you have to cough to clear out mucus, but this is deeper in my chest. I'm really worried it might be thoracic pneumothorax. What do you think I should do?
