Question
Hey, I'm really worried because my D-Dimer level is at 670 ngmL, which I know is higher than the normal range of up to 500 ngmL. I've also tested positive for COVID and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I'm really concerned about the risks of blood clots in the placenta. Can you tell me how I might be able to bring my D-Dimer levels down? Also, is it necessary and safe for me to take a Clexane 60 mg injection? Would really appreciate your guidance on whether it's mandatory.
