Hey, I've been having some breathing issues for the past six months and it's bothering me a lot. Im a 26-year-old guy with a lean build, but my belly sort of sticks out and I'm wondering if its related. Every night about 20 minutes after I fall asleep, I wake up suddenly feeling breathless and like my throat is narrowing. Drinking a glass of water seems to help, and then I can sleep through the rest of the night. In the morning, there's this discomfort in my upper chest, along with a weird taste in my mouth and it feels dry, which wakes me up. Sometimes I notice I clench my teeth in my sleep too. I've noticed whenever I eat, whether it's lunch or dinner, the discomfort in my stomach and chest gets worse and my breathing problems intensify. If I lie down for a while, it seems to help. And if I have a drink, the next day's breathing and eating feel even more difficult. The tightness in my chest and stomach is really noticeable when Im sitting down. Also, I walk 4 kilometers daily. Could these things be connected, and what should I do about it?

View allI'm experiencing this on-and-off burning sensation near my lower left rib. It feels just like a hot burning thing going on, especially when I'm lying down. It's so strange because when I'm busy with work or moving around, there's no pain at all, but as soon as I lie down, that hot feeling pops up near my left rib towards the back. It's been two weeks already! I'm not in pain, more like a discomfort really, as the left side aches near the lower rib with this heat thing happening. Any idea what this could be and how I could maybe get rid of it?

I'm having a bit of an issue with a gas problem and I'm farting a lot. It's not smelly, but the noise it makes is really annoying. What could be causing this, and is there something I can do to reduce it?

I've had this persistent itching around my anus for three days now, and it sometimes comes with a burning sensation. It's not constant, but it keeps coming back. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or any remedies I could try? I'm starting to get a bit worried.
