Hey, my lab reference range for vitamin B12 is 187 to 883 pg/ml, and my test result is 341 pg/ml. Is this considered normal, or do I have a B12 deficiency? I am 17 years old.

Your B12 level is within the labs normal range but on the lower side. If you experience fatigue or tingling, discuss supplementation with your doctor. A diet rich in B12 or oral supplements might help.
