Hey, so I recently found out I have Epididymo Orchitis after visiting the doctor because my right testicle was really swollen. I'm on antibiotics now, but I'm really curious how long it's going to take for this swelling to completely disappear. Any idea what the usual timeline is for something like this?

Swelling from epididymo-orchitis usually begins to improve within a few days of starting antibiotics, but it can take 2-4 weeks for the swelling to completely resolve. Rest, scrotal support, and anti-inflammatory medications can help speed up recovery. If swelling persists, follow up with your doctor.

I'm worried I might have phimosis since I can't pull my foreskin back all the way. Are there any non-surgical ways to manage this? I really don't want to get circumcised what are my other options?
Yes, there are non-surgical options for managing phimosis. Topical steroid creams or ointments, combined with gentle stretching exercises, are often effective in softening the foreskin and improving retraction. In some cases, practicing good hygiene and using lubricants during sexual activity can also help manage the condition.
