Hey, so I recently found out I have Epididymo Orchitis after visiting the doctor because my right testicle was really swollen. I'm on antibiotics now, but I'm really curious how long it's going to take for this swelling to completely disappear. Any idea what the usual timeline is for something like this?

Swelling from epididymo-orchitis usually begins to improve within a few days of starting antibiotics, but it can take 2-4 weeks for the swelling to completely resolve. Rest, scrotal support, and anti-inflammatory medications can help speed up recovery. If swelling persists, follow up with your doctor.

View allI'm a 25-year-old guy, and I've been feeling really self-conscious about my penis size, which is about 3 inches. I had an experience with my girlfriend where she wasn't satisfied, and it's been making me feel really guilty and embarrassed. I've heard about treatments for penis enlargement, specifically with Unani Medicines, but I'm not sure where to start. Should I be seeing a urologist or a sexologist to discuss this? I'm really curious and a bit worried about how to approach the situation.

I'm 35 and single, and I've been thinking about penis enlargement surgery because I feel mine is small. Is it still possible to get the surgery at my age? Also, what would the cost be and how long is the recovery time?
Penile enhancement surgeries exist but are not commonly recommended unless there’s a medical indication. Costs can range from ₹70,000–₹2 lakh.

I have a small egg-like lump near my right testicle inside the scrotum that feels slippery and moves around. It gives me a slight electric shock-like pain that's really bothering me. An ultrasound showed it's a small epididymal cyst. What can be done to drain it or ease the pain? Can meds help or is surgery the only option?
Usually epididymal cysts will not cause any problem and treating them might cause problem including surgery. If there is infection you need to be treated. These cysts will not harm you unless increase in size. Get a check up with urologist.
