Question
Hi, on Day 13, my right follicle measures 24 mm with an endometrial thickness of 9 mm. Free fluid and vascularity have been present since Day 11, but the follicle has not ruptured yet. Is there still a chance of ovulation with a 24 mm follicle? How many days after free fluid is seen does the follicle usually rupture? I have mild PCOD. My report is attached.

A 24 mm follicle is mature. Ovulation usually occurs within 24 to 36 hours after free fluid and LH surge. If not ruptured yet, it may still happen. Continue timed intercourse. If cycles remain unruptured despite stimulation, consider HCG trigger shot.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Test Test
