Hi Doctor. I have had a fever for the last three days, especially at night, with a temperature of 102 degrees F, chills, and headache. My lab report shows neutrophils 80 percent, lymphocytes 16 percent, and WBC indicates neutrophilia. Widal test is 1:160 for both TH and TO. COVID test is negative. The doctor prescribed Paracetamol and Cefamid 200, but there has been no improvement.

Widal titre of 1:160 is borderline. Consider changing antibiotic or doing blood culture if fever persists. Rule out other infections.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - AEROBIC (BLOOD) Test

I have major health issues and my body is not becoming healthy like a normal body as per age. I used to take juice and also ate chicken etc but I see no effect of these protein diets. My weight is not increasing, my skin is becoming dull and I am facing weight loss. I am not getting a solution to this problem. What should I do to come out of this issue? I had also done all the x rays and some 2 to 3 mm stones were found in my report on the left side of my stomach.
