Hi, I am 27 years old. I recently had a kidney function test (KFT), and my report shows SGPT 135, SGOT 57, and bilirubin 2.8. Please advise what steps I should take next.

These values suggest liver inflammation. Avoid alcohol, oily and spicy food, and start a liver protective diet. Consult a doctor for medications if not improving

My child is 6 years old. Her blood report today at 3:00 PM shows SGOT at 281, SGPT at 210, and total bilirubin at 7.1. She has no vomiting and no fever. The doctor said it is not risky, but I am still very worried.
