Hi I am 33 years old and still not married. I have erectile dysfunction and I am taking tablets for it. If I stop taking them for one or two months my erection reduces again. My report shows blood reversal in the penis in three areas. What is the permanent solution for this? Will I be fully curable and have good sex? I am planning to get married in September.

Erectile issues that improve on tablets but return once stopped often mean reduced penile blood flow. Keep a healthy weight, exercise, avoid smoking and alcohol. A Doppler scan of penile vessels checks circulation, hormone tests rule out low testosterone. Many men do well with lifestyle changes plus targeted pills.

View allHi, For the past year, I have been feeling mentally unwell. I used to masturbate regularly, but recently I have experienced a loss of erections. I have undergone all relevant medical tests, and all reports came back normal. I also notice that I do not feel any emotions or arousal when watching pornography or sexual content. Could you please suggest what might be causing this and how I can overcome this problem?
