Hi, I am a married male, 28 years old. From the last two days, while having sex it is taking too much time 20 to 30 minutes to ejaculate compared to my normal time within 15 minutes. I am even trying hard to get discharge quickly but not able to, so I am concerned. Erection is also taking some time, which I never experienced earlier. From the last 5 days, I am taking Q10 tablet for sperm morphology my report says 25 percent normal and 75 percent abnormal shape, and from the last 2 days, I am taking Ultracet tablet for knee pain. I have attached my semen analysis report. Is that a normal report? Please advise. Can you please let me know on this?

Slight delay and poor sperm shape may be due to stress, medications, or fatigue. Q10 is fine. Ultracet may affect libido. Try rest, hydration, healthy diet. If it continues, see a urologist.

Hello Doctor, my sperm motility is around 10 percent, which I found out recently after a semen analysis test. I have been feeling depressed since I came to know this. There is no problem with erection or premature ejaculation, but after the semen analysis test, I feel I cannot have a baby. Please advise, Doctors. Thank you in advance. I have attached my semen analysis report.

My wife and I have been married for 2 years and have not been able to conceive. My semen report shows: Volume: 2 ml Sperm count: 85 million/ml Active sperm: 60 percent Sluggish sperm: 10 percent Dead sperm: 30 percent Are these results normal? My wife tests are all normal. We have tried many times without success. Please suggest what we should do next?
