Hi, I am very tense as my report shows high PDW, high RDW, low PCT, and high bilirubin. Please see the report and tell me whether this is very serious. I had a kidney stone problem, and most stones were expelled through urine; only one small stone is left. I am having gastric issues. Three months ago, I had severe gastric problems, but after taking rabeprazole for 45 days, the symptoms decreased. My KFT and iron reports are normal. Please advise?

These blood changes may suggest reactive marrow changes or early liver involvement. Raised bilirubin warrants attention. Please take Peripheral Smear, LFT and Ultrasound Abdomen.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a PERIPHERAL SMEAR Test

I had viral fever with cough and runny nose. I felt better afterward and got a blood test, which showed bilirubin of 1.27. I took medication and syrup for a week. I did a liver function test yesterday, and the results are: Total bilirubin 1.18 (Direct 0.16, Indirect 1.02), SGPT 49.3, SGOT 20, A:G ratio 1. Am I okay with these results?
