Hi, I have attached my thyroid and urine reports. In the urine report, it shows 6 to 8 pus cells. Is this normal, or does it indicate an infection that requires treatment?

Mild increase in pus cells may suggest early infection. Monitor for symptoms like burning or urgency. Please consult a doctor and repeat test if symptoms persist.

Her urine report shows white pus cells 60 to 80 hpf, red cells occasional, epithelial cells 10 to 20 hpf, leukocytes 3 plus, and protein traces. Her serum creatinine is 0.9. Could you please help me understand the issue with these numbers?

I had a UTI and was treated with cefixime 400 mg twice a day for 7 days. Here are the results of my repeat urinalysis: color yellow, transparency slightly turbid, specific gravity 1.010, reaction pH 5.0, sugar/albumin/protein negative, WBC pus cells 8 to 12 hpf, RBC 0 to 2 hpf, epithelial cells moderate, and bacteria few. What does this mean?
