Hi, I recently got my thyroid checked after delivery (I delivered a baby a year ago). My report shows TSH is 4.26. I want to know if this is normal or if I need any medication. P.S. The sample was taken on an empty stomach in the morning.

A TSH level of 4.26 is slightly above the optimal range for women trying to conceive or postpartum. If you have symptoms like fatigue or weight gain, a doctor may start low dose thyroid medication.

Continuous brain fatigue is making her very weak over time. Recently, her hormone levels have decreased. I am attaching her blood test report. Please suggest what is wrong with her and what medication she should take next? She is also not gaining weight no matter how much she eats. Additionally, she has periods twice a month. Please advise.

I have been taking thyroid medication since the age of 11 and have never missed a dose. I am now 23, and my menstrual cycles have always been regular. My TSH is currently below 1, and it has been maintained below 5 for several years. Will this affect my ability to get pregnant? Also, does this increase the risk of miscarriage?

I have been experiencing brown creamy vaginal discharge with a little bit of blood. What does this indicate? I also have thyroid problems and have always had irregular periods.
