Hi, I recently had a blood test, and the results show: Slightly higher levels of LDL Cholesterol (Direct), Triglycerides, HbA1c, and High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein (hs CRP) Slightly lower levels of Monocytes (Absolute Count) and Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) I would like a holistic analysis of these results and recommendations based on my report. If any further tests are needed, I am willing to get them done. Also, I am unsure whether I should consult a General Physician or a Dietician/Nutrition Specialist.

Findings suggest early insulin resistance and mild inflammation. Focus on diet, exercise, and regular follow up. A general physician or diabetologist can guide further, plus a dietitian for lifestyle support.
