Question
Hi, my blood report shows triglycerides at 343 mg/dL and VLDL at 68. Could you please help me understand what these values indicate and if there is anything wrong?

These are high levels and may increase heart risk. Reduce sugar, oily food, and alcohol. Daily exercise helps. Follow up with your doctor for medication if needed.
