Hi this is my current report. I recently recovered from covid and since then I feel very weak. My platelets are also low. Please see my report and let me know if any medicine is required?

Fatigue and low platelets are common after viral infections. If you are feeling gradually better and the platelet drop is mild, this can recover with rest, hydration, and balanced nutrition. Keep a check of hemoglobin count too.

I have had neck muscle and some joint pain for the past four months, followed by headache and fatigue all day. I got a CBC done, which showed high atypical lymphocytes, and then I had a peripheral blood smear done. Are these reports normal?

I had cold, cough, and fever two weeks ago. I consulted a doctor who prescribed antibiotics (Amoxicillin 625 mg), Paracetamol 500 mg, and Ascoril cough syrup. After a week, the cold and cough continued with a runny nose, so he gave me some cold tablets for two days, which helped temporarily. Now, I am again experiencing severe cold, cough, chills, and a temperature of 97 to 99F since yesterday. Today, I consulted the doctor again, and he recommended some blood and urine tests. I have attached the reports. He is asking me to take IV therapy daily for four days along with more antibiotics. I shared my medical history, and he suggested getting a second opinion from you regarding this treatment. Should I continue treatment with him, or should I go to a bigger hospital? Please advise. She developed red rashes on her body after having a fever for 5 days, though the fever subsided about 2 days ago. Her blood test shows an elevated ESR of 60. Please suggest any possible solutions or if you need more details. Thank you.
