Hi, My father blood report shows predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes. Could you please explain what this means and advise what steps or further tests we should consider?

This pattern often points to early B12 or folate deficiency, especially if fatigue or numbness are present. Macrocytes and ovalocytes mean red cells are growing abnormally. Begin supplementation only after checking levels.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a PERIPHERAL SMEAR Test or Take a VITAMIN B12 AND FOLATE Test

Please suggest the report results. I always have brain fog and back head pain. While walking I feel like I may fall down and sudden movement of the head causes dizziness. Eye movement is also difficult.
