Why are some values higher or lower than before? Do I need to make any lifestyle or dietary changes? Please guide me

I got my blood test done today, and after receiving the report, I noticed that only my lymphocyte count and ESR are outside the reference range. My lymphocyte count is 48, and my ESR is 28. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about or if I need to take any medication for it.
