Hi, from a recent blood report, my eGFR was 80 and creatinine was 0.92. I have no discomfort or pain during urination. Is there any cause for concern? Should I consult a urologist? I am a 36 year old Indian female.

No concern. EGFR of 80 is good for your age. Creatinine 0.92 is normal. No signs of kidney dysfunction. No need to see a urologist unless other symptoms develop.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test or Take a Creatinine Test Test

He also has high blood pressure. The doctor has told us that his kidney has failed due to diabetes. Is there any hope for him except dialysis or a kidney transplant?

My creatinine level is 1.31 mg/dL. Does this indicate kidney failure? Is it dangerous, and do I need to consult a specialist?
