Hi, from a recent blood report, my eGFR was 80 and creatinine was 0.92. I have no discomfort or pain during urination. Is there any cause for concern? Should I consult a urologist? I am a 36 year old Indian female.

No concern. EGFR of 80 is good for your age. Creatinine 0.92 is normal. No signs of kidney dysfunction. No need to see a urologist unless other symptoms develop.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test or Take a Creatinine Test Test

The left kidney shows a small extra renal pelvis and increased post void residual urine volume of 85 cc?
