Hi sir, I had a gastroscopy done a month ago due to constipation with blood and black flecks in my stools. I have attached my report. If there was bleeding in the upper GI tract, it would have been highlighted in the report, right?

If upper GI bleeding was present, it is usually noted in gastroscopy. Black flecks could be old blood or food residue. A stool occult blood test may help.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a STOOL OCCULT BLOOD Test or Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test
