How can I get tested for gluten intolerance? I need help because my workplace mainly serves wheat based products.

To check for gluten intolerance (celiac disease), you can do a blood test for Anti tTG (Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies IgA) while you are still eating gluten regularly. If positive, your doctor may advise an endoscopy with a biopsy for confirmation. Avoiding gluten before testing can give false results, so continue your normal diet until the test is done.
