Due to hormones a girl on period can have headaches, back pain, irritability or moodiness, feeling sad or emotional, bloating, and breast tenderness. 2 Some people don't have any of these symptoms while others have them all.

I've been worried about traveling on the bumpy roads in Bangalore since I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I need to travel 14km each way to work by bus, and it feels like there's a jerk, pothole, or bump every 10 seconds. I chose the bus over a car or auto thinking it would be smoother, but the bumps still seem pretty intense. Could this be harmful or cause any complications? I'm quite anxious and would appreciate any advice you could share.

Yes you are not supposed to travel on such roads, better to avoid if not , that could lead to serious problems
