However, over the past few days, I have been experiencing symptoms such as stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, numbness in fingers while sleeping, and a sensation of hot feet. My recent blood test showed a low Vitamin B12 level at 172.9 pg per mL. Additionally, my VLDL is 51 and my cholesterol/HDL ratio is 6.46. I am looking for suggestions on how to manage these issues and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed. Thank you.

Hi, For the past two days, I have been noticing yellow mucus when I spit for the first time in the morning. Last month, I had a complete blood test done, and the only abnormality was slightly elevated lymphocytes. I have Gilbert syndrome and vitamin B12 deficiency, while my vitamin D levels are normal. I have also been experiencing pain in both knees for the past 15 days. I got an Xray done, but the doctor said everything looks normal. I am currently taking Shelcal HD and A to Z daily. Could this indicate any inflammation or infection in my body? Is yellow mucus in the first spit normal?
