The itchiness is still there, and the swelling is bad and hurts a bit. Could this be from an insect bite? What do you think I should do?

I'm dealing with some pretty uncomfortable redness around my buttock area, and it's been causing quite a bit of itching and pain, especially when I sit down or if there's any rubbing. I'm a 23-year-old guy and I've been noticing I've been losing hair more than usual lately. My dad's side doesn't have great hair either, but he's not bald yet.
