I'm dealing with these mouth ulcers every two weeks and it's pretty painful, especially when I'm eating or talking. I'm really curious about what could help with the pain and maybe even prevent them from coming back. What should I do?

Mouth ulcers can be quite uncomfortable. To help relieve the pain and promote healing, you can use a topical oral gel containing Choline Salicylate and Cetalkonium Chloride. Apply the gel directly on the ulcer 3-4 times a day after meals and at bedtime. Additionally, you can take a Vitamin B complex supplement to aid in the healing process. Make sure to maintain good oral hygiene and avoid spicy or acidic foods that can irritate the ulcers.

I've been dealing with this itchy rash in my groin area for a couple of weeks now. It's all red and I found some patches too. I tried using Listerine Mouthwash like I read online that it might help, but I haven't seen much improvement. Do you think I should wait it out a bit longer or is it better to go see a dermatologist? What do you suggest?

Recently had hand surgery and there's still a mark left from it. I've been using hexilak gel for about two months now but it doesn't seem to be fading. Is this normal or should I try something else?

It’s normal to have some scarring after hand surgery. If the scar isn’t fading, you might want to try silicone gel sheets or corticosteroid injections. Consult with your surgeon for other scar treatment options if necessary.
