For how long is it safe to keep taking those Menosan tablets from Himalaya? I've already been on them for about 3 months now and I'm also on Neurobion Forte. Should I be worried or is it fine to continue?

I had a D&C for a blighted ovum on the 1st of October and here we are a month later on November 1st, and I still haven't gotten my period. My doctor is out of town, so I'm unable to consult her right now. Can I go ahead and take Deviry 10mg to try and induce my periods? I've taken it before based on my doctor's advice. Is it okay to take Deviry a month after a D&C to help start my period?
