I'm currently pregnant and have been using Practin syrup occasionally, like once or twice a month, just to help me sleep better when I'm having a hard time. I'm generally healthy and don't take any other meds. Should I be worried about any risks of using Practin during pregnancy? Just wondering if it's safe or if I should be looking for alternatives.
There is no recorede evidence of its contraindication in pregnancy,You can consume it ideally ,consult your doctor for any furthr advice
