What are some non-surgical options for treating fibroids on the inner wall of my uterus if I'm trying to get pregnant? I'm worried about how it might affect my chances of conceiving and want to explore other treatments before considering surgery.
If trying to conceive, medical therapies like GnRH agonists or uterine artery embolization may help shrink fibroids.

I'm 31 and have multiple fibroids with the largest being 8cm. My doctor is recommending surgery but I really want to avoid it. Are there any effective Ayurvedic or Siddha treatments in Chennai that can help dissolve uterine fibroids naturally?
While Ayurvedic and Siddha medicines may offer symptom relief and potentially help with shrinking fibroids, they are unlikely to completely dissolve large fibroids like the one you have (8cm). For such cases, surgical options like myomectomy or hysterectomy are often necessary. However, some Ayurvedic and Siddha treatments might help manage symptoms and potentially reduce the size of smaller fibroids
