I've been having this weird pain near the left side of my Adam's apple for about 2 months now. It's really noticeable when I press on it or when I cough. I've already seen three ENT specialists who all gave me antibiotics, but they seemed to make it worse. I'm a bit confused and worried about the medicines my ENT doctor prescribed after finding out I'm allergic to house dust, cockroach allergen, and those dermatophagoid thingies. He gave me Zentel 400, Hetrazan 100, and some anti-allergy meds. Why would he prescribe these specific medicines for allergies? Are they supposed to help with these types of allergens?

Because those are the common allergens one will be exposed regularly,in order to stop the allergic reaction he gave you those medicines

I've got a hole in my right ear, and I'm dealing with pus coming out and some hearing loss. I'm really worried and wondering if my eardrum heals with treatment, will I be able to hear normally again with that ear?

That could be CSOM and needs myringoplasty visit ENT doctor for appropriate management.
