I have an adrenal myelolipoma measuring 111x107x105 mm and I'm wondering if laparoscopic surgery is an option for removal would the size make it too risky or complicated? What are the chances it can be done this way versus needing open surgery?

I have a 6.5 mm stone in the lower middle part of my left kidney and doctors are recommending surgery but I'd prefer to avoid it if possible can medicines help break it down or pass it naturally
