My face is totally covered with blackheads and whiteheads, except on my forehead. I scrub twice every day because otherwise I feel too self-conscious to go out. I've tried tons of dermatological products, including the PERNEX my last dermatologist suggested, but nothing has worked. Do you know anything that might actually help? I've been dealing with cracked nipples for as long as I can remember, and nothing seems to work. I've tried all sorts of lotions and creams for about two years and even turned to homeopathy for the past six months, but I haven't noticed any improvement.
