I'm 30 and I've been noticing hair loss from the front of my head, with my hairline really starting to recede. I heard about this hair regrowth medication called Refollium. I'm really curious, though, if it has any side effects, especially since it involves hormone control. Could you shed some light on this for me?

"Refollium" is a hair regrowth supplement that contains biotin, folic acid, and other vitamins and minerals to promote hair growth. It is important to note that individual responses to such supplements can vary. While "Refollium" is generally well-tolerated, some potential side effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions. It is always recommended to follow the dosage instructions provided on the packaging. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional.

I've been having this issue with my hair turning grey for a couple of months now. I'm noticing that some of my hairs are completely grey, while others are black at the root, then brown, and eventually grey at the top. It's happening pretty quickly, and I'm worried. Is there any way to reverse the greying? I'd really appreciate any advice or solutions you might have.

grey hair is due to lack of biotin protien in your diet, consume balanced diet with extra protien for healthy hair,if it is bothering you visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
