View allI've been dealing with a dry foreskin for the past week, and it's been getting itchy when I touch it. It seems to behave normally after I wash it, but every morning, I notice the dry skin is peeling off. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I've been dealing with a fungal infection and itching around my waist and private area for the past two months. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm worried it hasn't gone away yet. I've tried keeping the area clean and dry, but it doesn't seem to be improving. Is there something else I should be doing, or could this be a sign of something more serious? What treatments would you recommend?
That needs to be treated with oral and topical antifungal medications, maintain personal hygiene as well, visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment

Can Panderm plus cream help with my pimples? My friend recommended it, and I'm dealing with a lot on my face and neck. I'm a 21-year-old girl and not sure if it's the right choice for me.
-It's best to consult a dermatologist before using Panderm Plus cream,
