I accidentally got some dettol on my forehead today, and now I've got this dark mark. It doesnt hurt or anything, but it just looks terrible. I'm already getting treatment for pimples, but my doctor is out of town. Can you tell me how long it might take for this mark to heal?

You can apply an antibiotic ointment like Silverex cream twice a day to prevent infection. Additionally, you can use a scar removal gel like Contractubex to help reduce the appearance of the dark mark. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks for minor burns to heal, but the dark mark may take longer to fade. Make sure to protect the area from sun exposure to prevent further darkening of the mark.

I'm really worried about a mole on my forehead near my eyebrows. It's been inflamed, and there's a red area around it. I've noticed pus coming out, and even though I've squeezed it a couple of times, the pus just keeps coming back. I've tried using tea tree oil and medications like nicotinamide and clindamycin, but nothing seems to be helping. Could there be a chance it's something serious, possibly cancerous?

I've noticed that over the past couple of years, my ear lobes and knuckles have become much darker than the rest of my skin. It's quite noticeable and I'm a bit concerned about it. Can you recommend a cream or treatment that could help lighten this discoloration?

Darkening of the skin in these areas could be due to various reasons such as friction, sun exposure, or hormonal changes. To lighten the complexion of your ear lobes and knuckles, you can use a cream containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, and glycolic acid. One option is to use a cream like "Melalite Forte Cream" which contains hydroquinone. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily at night. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF during the day can help prevent further darkening of the skin.
