I accidentally put OTOBIOTIC ear drops in my eyes and they started burning. I washed them out really well with water, and then I used ITONE. Could there be any issues with my eyes now?

View allI've been struggling with crossed eyes and I'm really worried about it. Are there any specific exercises or treatments that can help align my eyes properly? I'm looking for suggestions on what I can do at home.
Crossed eyes, or strabismus, can sometimes be corrected with eye exercises, but it's important to first consult with an eye specialist. Exercises like focusing on a near object and alternating focus between near and far objects may help, but treatment varies based on the cause. A doctor might also recommend corrective lenses or surgery in some cases.

I'm a bit worried about my right eye. When I woke up this morning, it was watery and had turned a light red. This watery sensation is happening on and off, and I've been trying to ease the irritation with cold water. I remember something similar happening last year and used some medicine and eye drops that a doctor prescribed at that time. I've also tried Itone eye drops, which are ayurvedic. Should I keep using the old prescription or just stick with the Itone drops?

I thought my vision would stabilize after turning 18, but it seems like it keeps getting worse every time I see my doctor. Is this progressive myopia going to ever level out? If so, when might that happen? I'm worried that if it keeps changing, it'll become a big problem. I've become quite a mobile addict, and I'm also a computer science student. Could you offer some advice?
The progression of your myopia (-1.5 to -2.00D in the left eye and -3.25 to -3.5D in the right eye) despite being over 18 is concerning, but it's not uncommon; the age at which myopia stabilizes varies, but typically, it plateaus between 20-30 years old; however, nearsightedness can continue to progress with prolonged near work, like excessive mobile and computer use; to slow the progression,
