I accidentally put OTOBIOTIC ear drops in my eyes and they started burning. I washed them out really well with water, and then I used ITONE. Could there be any issues with my eyes now?

I've been working from home for the past three years, and I've noticed I'm spending a lot of time on my laptop because of workat least 12 to 13 hours a day. Lately, I've been experiencing headaches, a burning sensation, and watery eyes. I'm also having trouble sleeping, feeling really fatigued, low energy, and like I always want to sleep but just can't. What could be causing these issues?
