I'm really worried because someone close to me accidentally inhaled a large amount of Domex bathroom cleaner. Since then, they've been having trouble breathing and can't stop coughing. What should we do? Is there anything specific that can help right now?

may be suffering from chemical inhalation injury. It is important to seek immediate medical help. In the meantime, you can administer oxygen therapy if available and ensure the patient is in a well-ventilated area. The patient may require bronchodilators such as Salbutamol for breathing difficulties and cough suppressants such as Dextromethorphan to help with the cough. Additionally, corticosteroids like Prednisone may be prescribed to reduce inflammation in the airways. Please seek urgent medical attention for proper evaluation and treatment.

I'm really worried because my mom just took 1014 pills of anxit 0.5 mg, and I got her to vomit about 45 minutes after she swallowed them. I'm keeping an eye on her vitals and her pulse is roughly 90 bpm. I'm not sure if I should rush her to the hospital or wait it out a bit longer. What do you think I should do?

Given the situation, it's crucial to prioritize your mother's safety, and I strongly advise taking her to the hospital immediately. Although you made her vomit within 4-5 minutes, which is a good initial step, the ingested amount (10-14 pills of 0.5 mg Anxit) can still cause serious harm, including overdose symptoms like drowsiness, confusion, and slowed breathing.
