I accidentally swallowed a small piece of a toothpick, probably about a quarter of it, and now my throat feels a bit strange. I dont have any other symptoms, but I'm a bit worried. Should I be concerned about this? What should I do?

I've been having this weird pulling sensation in my lower right abdomen and a dull ache just below my right breast, but it doesn't happen all the time. I'm having some weird symptoms that are really worrying me. Sometimes my stomach makes these burping sounds, and I have this cough-like feeling and a lump in my throat.
