I accidentally used xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal spray in my ear instead of my nose. I'm really worried about what might happen. Can you tell me if this is dangerous or if there are any steps I should take now?

I'm really worried because last night a fish bone got stuck in my throat, and I can still feel it on the left side below my tonsils. I tried using my finger to get it out, but it just made me vomit really badly and now my throat hurts even more when I swallow. I've also tried eating rice as a home remedy, but that didn't work. What can I do to relieve this pain and get the bone out?

f it is still stuck in the throat , try to swallow it. If you can't then you may consult an ENT specialist .

I've been having trouble with my nose getting blocked every morning, and it's leading to all this sneezing. I've also got a dry cough, and it's been keeping me from sleeping well early in the morning. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

It seems like youre dealing with a combination of nasal congestion, sneezing, and coughing, which can definitely be uncomfortable and disruptive to your sleep. By addressing the possible underlying causessuch as allergies, sinusitis, or drynessyou may be able to find some relief. If over-the-counter treatments arent helping, consider seeing an ENT specialist who can provide a more tailored treatment plan.
