I already tested uric acid and serum creatinine. My report was normal. What is the reason for sometimes having foamy or bubbly urine and sometimes pain in the left upper back and right side? Is it serious?

Foamy urine can suggest protein leakage, back pain may relate to kidney or spine. Do a repeat urine protein test and imaging. Do the required urine ACR and ultrasound.

Take a Urine Protein- Quantitative- Spot Urine Test or Take a MICROALBUMIN /CREATININE RATIO - URINE Test
