I am 14 weeks pregnant. I had a double marker test at 13 weeks and 3 days. My free beta HCG level is 28.4 ng/ml and PAPP is 12.8 mIU/ml. Are these levels normal? Please tell me.

Your double marker test values seem high and unusual typically, values are in MoM (multiples of median), not ng/ml. Please confirm units and get report reviewed. If values are truly elevated, follow up with NT scan and possibly Quad marker test for confirmation.

My NT scan at 12 weeks and 3 days shows a measurement of 2.2 mm, which is at the 89th percentile. I have attached my report and would like to know whether this result is considered normal or if it indicates a high risk pregnancy.

Doctor, in my double marker test report, my beta hCG level is 11 ng/mL. I showed the report to my personal doctor, and he said everything is normal, explaining that there is a difference between beta hCG and total hCG levels. However, I am still worried about my beta hCG count. Could you please clarify if this level is normal and if I should be concerned?
