I am 20 weeks pregnant and received my urine test report. RBC is 6, epithelial cells are 7, and bacteria count is 700. Is there any problem? What should I do next?

Is this a life threatening disease, or can it reduce my friend lifespan? Also, I am worried, will he have to spend the rest of his life bedridden?
