I am 25 years old and 15 weeks pregnant. I missed my NT scan and double marker test. What should I do next?

If you have missed your NT scan and double marker, do not worry at 15 weeks, you can now go for the quadruple marker test and level 2 anomaly scan later at 18 to20 weeks. These will help assess fetal development and screen for major conditions.

View allPregnancy 20 weeks complete and ultrasound 3D report shows low amniotic fluid. The triple test report shows NTD positive but in ultrasound everything is normal such as spine and head. I have done a double marker test for my wife, who is currently 13 weeks pregnant. Here are the results Free Beta HCG is 47.8 ng/mL Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein A (PAPPA) is 9.26 mIU/mL Multiple of Median (Fetus 1) Free Beta HCG MOM is 0.96 PAPP A MOM is 2.04 NT MOM is 0.7 Please let me know if these results are normal.

Hi. My wife is 12 weeks pregnant and everything is normal in her blood report including thyroid, sugar and hemoglobin. The doctor has asked her to go for an NT scan along with Double Marker, which is optional. They said Double Marker will cost 4000 Rs. I need your suggestions. Is Double Marker really required if everything is normal in her blood report?
