I am a 28 year old male. I have had premarital sex with multiple partners. Recently, I have been experiencing discomfort during urination, white discharge in urine, and small Fordyce spots on the foreskin of my penis. I also feel discomfort in the left abdomen and groin area, along with occasional itching on my penis. Over the last two years, I have repeatedly tested for HIV and VDRL, all of which were negative. I also recently tested for HSV 1 and 2, which was negative. Despite these negative results, I remain anxious about having an infection. Other tests show my amylase is 138, HDR 15.65, and I have been diagnosed with prediabetes and thyroid issues. I am feeling very stressed and sleepless due to worry about my health, especially since I am planning to get married next year. Could you please guide me on what steps or tests I should take next and how to manage these symptoms?

Many of your key infection tests (HIV, VDRL, HSV 1 and 2) are negative, which is reassuring. The white discharge, groin pain, and itching may be due to a chronic non infectious inflammation or anxiety related sensitivity. Fordyce spots are harmless and not linked to STDs. Since symptoms persist, do a Urine Routine with Culture, Penile Swab Test, and consult a urologist or dermatologist. Also consider speaking to a mental health expert to manage stress and sleep loss.

My blood sugar was around 342 (average of the last three months), and because of this, I have been having a burning sensation while urinating for the past two months. I have already started medications for blood sugar. As per my last check, my fasting blood sugar was 89, and the average of the last three months with medication is 250. Hence, the medicines are working, but I am not getting relief from the burning sensation. I am taking Neftas as suggested by my doctor, and I feel fine while on it, but after 3 to 4 days of stopping Neftas, the burning sensation returns. Please suggest what I am missing and why I am having this issue repeatedly?

Hi, seven days ago I masturbated roughly, and since then I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation around my penis/genital area. My groin and buttocks also feel unusually warm. I do not have pain while urinating, and there is no blood or discharge. I have started taking antibiotics, but the symptoms persist. My urine test came back negative. Is it normal to have these symptoms for a week, or could it be something other than urethritis?
