I am 30 years old and have been trying to conceive for four years without success. All my test reports are normal, so the doctor advised IUI. I did it in September but there was no positive result. My period started on 28/10. My last period was brown with little discharge for three days. Since then, I am feeling lower abdomen cramps and pain, watery discharge when I do a little more work, and sometimes burning. Please suggest any solution?

Mild spotting and cramps could be post IUI hormonal effect or early sign of pregnancy. Please do a Serum ? hCG and TVS scan to check for early gestation or pathology.

My wife is taking Susten 200 tablets to get pregnant. She has crossed her period date (regular 28 day cycle). We checked with a urine test on the 32nd day, and it was negative.
