I am 30 years old and under infertility treatment. All tests for me and my husband are normal, but my eggs are not growing properly. After periods, on the 5th, 7th, and 9th day, I received injections, but the egg is still not growing. On the 14th day, my report shows RO 1.4x1.4, LO 1.2x1.2, and ET 0.8 cm only. Please guide me on how to grow my eggs and suggest what foods can help increase egg size?

Follicle size on day 14 is small. Poor egg growth could be hormonal. Ensure protein rich diet, fruits, hydration. Consult doctor about stronger stimulation meds or IVF. Try Vitamin D, DHEA, and coenzyme Q10.

I had a pelvic sonography because I was spotting blood. The report was normal except that my endometrial lining is 11 mm thick. Could this be the reason I am not conceiving? Please advise what I should do and any suggestions you may have.
