I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have attached my USG report. Could you please help me understand the report. I noticed that the FL (femur length) measurement is lower compared to other parameters, and I am not sure what that means. Is my baby okay?

Isolated low femur length is commonly observed and may not always indicate a problem. Growth scans and fetal Doppler studies help track development. Close follow up with your obstetrician is recommended.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a RBS (Random Blood Sugar) Test Test

Please advise on the next steps.

I feel as if my heart is tired and suffocated. I cannot stand or do any activity without feeling weary and tired. My heart rate shoots up easily. I just had 2 sandwiches and now I feel increased palpitations, as if my heart is sinking down to my stomach. I had an echo in October where my EF was 60 percent and everything was normal. The cardiologist recommended vitamin D shots and some multivitamins. I wanted a repeat echo done because I need to go for a wedding for 10 to 15 days and wanted peace of mind, but the doctor said it is not needed so early. Please tell me what I should do now?
