I am a 35 year old male with a slim build, but I have a tummy circumference of around 41 inches and a little fat on my face. I am also taking thyroid medication. How can I reduce tummy fat effectively?

My father is 76 years old and has hypothyroidism. He has been taking Thyronorm 25 mcg daily for more than a year. His recent blood test results are: T3: 90.55 ng/dL (normal range for above 50 yrs: 40 to 181 ng/dL) T4: 4.7 microgram/dL (normal range for above 60 yrs: 5 to 10.7 microgram/dL) TSH: 20.9 microIU/mL (normal range for 55 to 87 yrs: 0.5 to 8.9 microIU/mL) Should his dose be changed or kept the same? If it needs adjustment, what should the new dose be?
