I am a 37 year old male with chronic pancreatitis and had surgery three years ago. I have type 2 diabetes. I have had fever and headache for seven days. My blood report shows triglyceride level 954. What medicines should I take?

Triglycerides 954 mg per dL are very high and can trigger pancreatitis again. Cut sugar, alcohol, fried foods, follow a strict low fat diet. Your doctor may start a fibrate or omega 3 capsule to bring levels below 150. Control diabetes tightly, high sugars push triglycerides up. Consult with reports to doctor.
