I have missed my period and tested on the 3rd day after my due date, but the result was negative. From the 5th day onward, I have been experiencing spotting and passing dark brown clots daily. Could I still be pregnant, and should I take another pregnancy test?

Hello doctor, I had spotting, thread-like, once a day on 7, 8, and 9 DPO, then it stopped. Again, from 13 DPO, I am having brown discharge. Today, on 15 DPO, I am having a little more discharge. I am also suffering from mild to moderate back pain since 4 DPO and today I had light cramps on and off. My period is late by 4 days. I took a pregnancy test at 12 DPO but it was negative. What may be the reason for these symptoms and on and off spotting?
