I am a 57 year old male having hypertension for the last 17 years. Recently I had done my urine and blood report and the report shows that there is protein present in my urine. Can this protein in urine be cured and if yes are there medicines that need to be taken for a lifetime?

Protein in urine in a hypertensive person could mean kidney stress or early damage. It can often be managed not always lifelong treatment. Need to monitor BP, sugar, and kidney function closely.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Urine ACR Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test
